Rob was amazing start to finish! We needed a photographer last minute for a couples wedding shower at Lakeside Country Club in Houston - he was so easy to communicate and make plans with over Yelp. I immediately got a response, transparent pricing, and was all set quickly. I also felt comfortable making a quick decision, because his website demonstrated such a wide portfolio with great work across different events. And then as soon as he showed up perfectly on time he got right to work to make sure he maximized our experience - he made us feel comfortable, was assertive with what did and did not look good in the photo, and made sure we didn't miss meaningful opportunities to take pictures with our friends and families. He even let us squeeze in professional headshots. My whole family and several friends were blown away at how he made everyone feel relaxed and confident in front of the camera! I don't know how he got some people to pose for key photos that would have never done so otherwise, and I personally appreciated that I was able to be present with friends and family while not feeling awkward during a special day. It's also worth mentioning that we felt we got a good variety of photos - some staged and some completely candid during conversation. Lots to frame.... Rob was great! Leading up to the wedding, he listened to what we wanted and incorporated our requests into our wedding day. He helped us with the planning and had some creative ideas on how we could use his time to maximize the amount of photos that we wanted without taking time away from our guests. I found Rob’s studio during an online search for photographers specializing in “online dating” photography. Rob’s site was the first one I found. I discovered a ton of interesting information on types of photos, preparing for and selecting photos for dating platforms and a myriad of other events. I was super impressed. Even more impressive was the writing style of the website. The site was so informative and well written, I found myself returning to it to again and again. even to the point of comparing Rob’s site to other sites of photographers specializing in online dating photos. This is not to say Rob is limited to online social platforms—he provides photography for many purposes/events and for each, his website provides great information. I also like the fact that the site was not afraid to post prices. Customer Service was remarkable! Rob returned my emails in a timely manner, answered my questions, and where possible, provided links to further information. And, the photo session was super easy to schedule. Additionally, the studio’s close proximity to IH-10 Location close made the studio easy to find The photo session was truly a great experience for me. Rob’s personality and passion for photography are perfect for his profession. He’s very professional, very personable, and very patient—a great combination for a photographer. I especially appreciated pre-session discussion, poses, and choice of backdrops (especially the outdoor photos). The backdrops were amazing, beautiful, and well-chosen for my attire. I also appreciated Rob’s COVID-19 awareness, precautions, and prevention efforts—he was masked the entire time and required both of us to be masked when walking the halls and common areas of the studio’s building. Quality of Photos—Superb! The photos look natural, not too posed—I especially love the outdoor photos. I love that my favorite photos (50 or so) capture moments, not just facial and body features and the session tips Rob offered to help give the resulting photos a natural look so the photos don’t look super staged. Plus, I got my photos in the listed time frame— over 200 photos ready in less than a week! I live near about 200 miles away from Rob’s Houston, TX-based studio—I am so glad I made the trip. “Rob Greer is the whole package. Enough said… But seriously Rob and his secondary photographer, Vanessa, were worth months of searching to find the perfect people to capture our wedding day. Rob was the only photographer we found of his caliber and experience who also provided exceptional customer service. Rob was somehow punctual, organized, detail-oriented, and thorough, but still so creative and flexible-a professional and an artist in one. He has a natural ability to find a memory in every environment. It is still a surprise to me that one of my favorite photographs from my wedding is a reflection in a muddy parking lot. Even more importantly, Rob has a calm, comforting presence that made even the most camera-shy of my family members feel at ease. He was able to keep a schedule without making me feel rushed and inject subtle comedy when wedding jitters crept in. He felt like part of the family within the first five minutes of walking in. In addition to the superb work that Rob did leading up to and on the wedding day, he also provided a product tailored exactly to what my husband and I wanted. This included RAW files from every click of the camera and a non-disclosure agreement allowing us to keep our private, intimate wedding day exactly that-private. After hundreds of weddings and an immense amount of recognition within his profession, Rob was still able to appreciate and respect how unique and extraordinary that day was to us. “I was so glad we found Rob and hired him to shoot our wedding. Finding a good photographer was one of the first things we did during the planning process because we knew how important it would be to us. We contacted some of the top photographers from around the world, and frankly, I had a hard time doing business with most of them. There is no doubt that Rob’s work puts him rarified air, and his photos are stunning, but what separates him from his peers is his focus on delivering a truly customized solution for his clients. His emphasis was solely on us, and making sure we got what we wanted. He made suggestions and helped us come up with suite of services that best served us and our needs without trying to make us purchase things that we had no interest in. As he notes on his website, he is one of the few great photographers that will sell RAW files. This was very important to us. We wanted to see every click of the shutter to document our day, and we enjoy trying our hand at post processing. We also liked that he respected our intimate, private day and offered a nondisclosure agreement that kept our photos off the internet. Again, our wishes were put ahead of his desire to market the work he did at our wedding. Nothing makes us sicker than some of the fake, sappy blog posts from other photographers and we greatly appreciated Rob giving us an option to not have our wedding paraded across social media like this. “I found Rob when searching for a professional photographer online to capture our engagement. After viewing his work I immediately knew that I wanted him to do our photos. When scoping out spots for the surprise engagement photos, Rob Facetimed with me to help choose the best spots to propose. He patiently explained why certain spots that I initially suggested would not be good spots to propose because of the bad light and offered many alternative options. During the actual engagement shoot, he was very professional and directed my fiancée and me through many different spots and poses. When our families arrived (10+ people) he would stand in the sun and patiently shoot all of our photos while we enjoyed the shade. It was almost 90 degrees out! An expensive camera and lens can only go so far. Rob not only is a skilled and experienced photographer, but he brings a lot of positive energy. They turned out classy and timeless, with a unique creative twist. You’d think that he was taking one shot but then you look at the final photos and you then realize he was capturing something completely different – whether that’s zooming in on a certain angle or taking a wide shot, they all came out beautiful but still focused on us as the subjects while taking advantage of our surroundings. He also incorporated our French bulldog in a lot of our photos, which we loved. Our dog is so spoiled and we treat her like our baby, so having her be part of our photos was amazing. “I had high expectations for our photography. I work in marketing and design, and have hired and worked on a lot of photo shoots for work. For me, the photographs for our wedding were one of the most important parts of the wedding. I wanted someone who would make people feel comfortable, take artistic portraits and capture beautiful candids. I was concerned when my chosen photographer canceled 3 months before my wedding, but I'm glad i went with a company that guarantees that someone will be there, so I was able to choose a new photographer. However i would have liked to have been able to choose my second photographer instead of having the company choose one that my photographer had never worked with and that I hadn't seen their work before-hand.

High Quality / Stunning photos
I wasn't sure I would go with a professional photographer for my wedding, but Classic Photographers offered a great deal I couldn't pass up. I'm so glad I went with them! The pictures are so well done. They're just beautiful. I'm happy with the shots they got, the way I look, and the way everyone else looks. These are some great keepsakes from our special day.
Our photographer met with us ahead of time to go over details. I had my ideas I gave to him, but he also came with his own paperwork for me to help fill out so he didn't miss anything. We talked several times before and even after the event so I could give him feedback. The process was so easy.

Quality and affordable photography!
I was worried about being able to find a photographer at a reasonable price who could take the kind of candid and informal pictures that I wanted of my husband and I on our wedding day. Classic has such a wide selection of photographers and the portfolios made it so easy to find someone who matched the style I wanted! John and his partner Carl were both so kind and warm and funny, they really made everyone feel comfortable in front of the camera. And their work is beautiful! We have so many amazing pictures to choose from and we are so happy we went with John and classic photographers!

Amazing and would highly recommend!!
Gemma our photographer was wonderful!!! She out did herself !! She captured every moment that we wanted and more. She was flexable and willing to take creative ideas and make them into a reality. The only draw back was that we were supposed to get a second photographer and the 2nd photographer was a no call no show with our deal we booked under. Gemma rolled with this mishap and continued to give excellent customer service. My family and I would recommend her to anyone. She was down to earth and personalble and fit right in with the wedding party. Thank you again for making our day so memorable!!!

Classic Photographers is a class act and does not disappoint
Classic Photographers is a wonderful company to work with. They have packages to fit everyone's budget and they really do give you more bang for your buck than other companies. We got 2 photographers for 8 hours, a videographer for 4 hours, and a DJ for 5 hours for a really great price; also included was an engagement shoot, and an 8x8 soft cover photo album! And everyone was really great! The photographers got all of the shots I wanted, (the main photographer did our engagement photos, which were totally awesome! So she anticipated a lot of what I wanted before hand, which was so appreciated!), the videographer got spectacular recording of our sunset pictures and the ceremony and the reception, and the DJ was just incredible! I could not have asked for a better crew to take care of us. Classic Photographers is also a great company as far as their customer service is concerned. If I needed anything or was having trouble with the website, they were always there to help. I will definitely recommend them to my friends and family.

A good photographer can show us from the best side. And even better. It's not just about the model, make-up, dress, hair. Yes, thanks to this, the picture is brighter, and the work of the photographer is greatly simplified. The point is the ability to see the right angle, the picture. Last week I took advantage of the warm weather and agreed to shoot. To be honest, I have dreamed about this for several years. But somehow everything did not work out: there was no time, then there were no opportunities, then there was no mood.
That evening I just went to shoot with Marie, a pen pal, without any big expectations. We met in Catherine's Park and spent a little over an hour there, seeing the most magical lilac tree I've ever seen and the golden light of the setting sun.

I am not a master of posing. And at the beginning I felt a little constrained. But Marie helped me a lot, telling me where to put my hand, where to look, and watching my hair so that it did not cover my face.
The same evening, Marie sent a preview from the camera, and the next day, the first photos. My joy knew no bounds! Honestly! As one of my sisters said, “this is my best photo shoot”, and the second noted that the photographer was able to see me “in a new way”.

This is the first time in my life that I am so happy with my photo. I love them all and it's hard to pick just one. I will gradually share with everyone. So a big, big thank you Marie!
