How do you print on glass photo printing ?
There are three methods of glass photo printing. One is through lamination, the second consists of directly printing on the surface of the glass, and the third through transfer or sublimation, which consists of transferring an image to a thin layer of polyester that is on top of the glass, trapping the image by a combination of heat and chemical reaction.
How do you transfer an image to glass?
The transfer consists of a thin layer of polyester that is adhered to the glass and is then subjected to a high temperature where said polyester expands its pores, absorbing the image and transferring it, remaining trapped in mentioned polyester.
How do I make a collage with several frames?
To achieve a balanced collage with different sizes, you must choose odd groups, for example, 3, 5, 7, or 9 frames.
All must have different sizes, and you must choose for example two formats, the most used are 2x3 and 4x3.How do I hang an apggraphics glass picture on the wall?

How do you print translucent pictures on Glass or Acrylic?

PVC paper is taken, the image is printed, then this printed PVC is laminated to Glass or Acrylic, and only the light will be missing to see the vivid colors and the quality of the Print. A variety of mechanisms exist, but the most recommended for a translucent print is lamination for the final result.

Photo on glass is now becoming especially in demand.
In production, clarified glass is used - Optiwhite (thickness from 6 to 19 mm). A photo on glass for a monument can be made with a facet or with a polished edge. The image was made using the Digital Decal method. The glass is triple fired. The first stage, the image is applied from the back of the glass and fired at a temperature of +600°C. The second and third stages are identical, a thick layer of ceramic paint is applied over the image on the back of the glass and fired at a temperature of +600°C.
The developed glass firing technology with an additional protective ceramic (firing) coating makes it possible to obtain a durable photo on glass of excellent quality. Our products, made using the digital decal method, do not lose color even after 100 years. We can produce photographic glass for the grave of large and non-standard sizes and shapes up to 200x300cm.

Please note that you should beware of alternative (non-fired) technology for making portraits on glass, such as photos on glass with UV printing (and similar), glued with the “triplex” method.
Such manufacturers mislead consumers by declaring high color fastness of products. In practice, after 1-2 years, the image begins to lose color, and the triplex often splits, which, as a rule, leads to the dismantling of the portrait.
We do not make triplex, our products are made using the digital decal method, the image is baked into the top layer of glass and becomes a single whole. Thanks to this technology, the image cannot be scratched by sharp metal objects.

Production company "Sphere" - Photo on glass
Currently, there is a growing interest in a new product - a portrait on glass, which, in our opinion, contains a great potential for the development of photoceramics in general.
An unusual material for this product underlines the originality of the solution. Due to the specific properties of glass, the image on the product acquires the effect of lightness, volume and depth, which cannot be achieved using other bases for a portrait.
Glass can be produced with a transparent background and double-sided (mirror) printing. Such a portrait can be installed in a through niche of the monument and look spectacular both from the front and from the back of the tombstone.
The facet framing the finished piece adds nobility to the material and completes the portrait.
- A special clear glass (“OPTIWHITE”) is used in the production, on the back side of which an image is applied with a ceramic toner.
- All portraits can be done in color, black and white and brown (sepia).
- Next, the product goes through a firing cycle at a temperature of 600 0 C.
Products are made with a polished bevel or with a polished edge.
