How to record a good video business card:

1. Technical tips:

The most important rule is not to shoot vertically. Hold the recording device (if it is a mobile or tablet) horizontally.
Shoot with a partner. Ask for help from friends or relatives who will give an outside opinion and/or help with the equipment. Then you will not spend a lot of time recording, and everything will work out the first time.
Lighting. Choose a place with good lighting, such as by a window during the day (but not "against" the light), or add more artificial light.
Smooth background. Use a solid background of a single color/tone (patterns on the wallpaper or your home decor will distract the viewer from you).
Pause at the beginning and end of the video. After turning on the recording, it is recommended to make a short pause (5-6 seconds), and only then start the monologue. Before turning off the recording, we make another pause (5-6 seconds).
Shoot in a quiet place. There must be silence in the room during the shooting. Also lack of echo and hall. Keep in mind that microphones on phones and tablets are usually of poor quality. You should be well and clearly audible. If possible, you can use a lavalier microphone or use a microphone from a hands-free headset.
Timing - up to 2 minutes. Short and to the point. Should be interesting to watch. You can show relatives or friends and see the reaction.
No filters. Set up your device for the best picture quality. You should not pass video through light filters if you are not strong in this. Filters spoil the quality of shooting with an inept approach.
Shoot in portrait mode, that is, your face, neck, torso to the waist and a little of the surroundings should be visible. Don't shoot close to the camera in a selfie style.
Place the video on YouTube/Google Disk/YandexDisk. The business card needs to be placed somewhere: send the link, not the file itself.

2. How to speak?

Try not to speak too fast.
Bad if there is no energy in the frame. But, if there is only she, but there are no colors, this is also a minus.
